Marios has studied Telecommunication Systems and Networks at TEI of Western Greece. He did his first steps in the front line of big companies such as Papastratos CMC S.A., JT International Hellas. He became a member of OTEAcademy team in 2013, where he met Customer Experience and got trained in depth via experiential workshops. He is the product manager and one of the main trainers of Branded Customer Experience Excellence, an educational training program especially designed for OTE Group, while he is on board for every personal development project of OTEAcademy.
