Personal Information

Konstantinos Kintzios holds more than 13 years of experience in the fields of Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Communications, derived from outstanding organizations he collaborated with, like the Embassy of the United States in Greece, Adel/Saatchi & Saatchi, Hellas Online, United States Olympic Committee, etc. From 2011 to 2016, he introduced at Boussias Communications, successful new concepts developed into projects, while enormously increasing revenue and profitability, acting in the end from the driver’s seat of the Commercial Relationship Manager position.

From early 2017, he is the Business Development Director of ReGeneration, where he is actively involved in the reduction of the country’s “brain-drain”, the development of youth employability and the gap-bridging between talented young graduates and companies that want to invest in the executives’ next generation. He loves the mission of the program, as he is actively giving back to society and especially to young graduates, giving them the chance to stand-out here, in Greece!

At the same time he is an Employment Committee Member at the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, a Board Member at Bloode (a non-profit organization that aims to increase percentage of blood donors in Greece), and an Advisory Committee Member at Job-Pairs (a mentoring & professional development program, matching recent graduates with business executives).

Born in the summer of 1982, he studied Marketing at DEREE – The American College of Greece, where he also received his MBA with high distinction. Always in search of being continuously educated, he became accredited with the Diploma in Executive Coaching & Organizational Development from IMPACT (globally the 1st course to receive Accreditation from the Association for Coaching; at top-tier level 4/4). During his studies, he was elected President of the Student Union, and Student Representative in 3 different Academic Committees at ACG. Since then, he actively participates in the social media “dialogue”, through LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter, enjoys communication with people and strongly believes in Einstein’s saying that “the only source of knowledge is experience”.
